    What is an air nozzle?

    Know the type of air nozzle first.

    According to the atomization principle of the air nozzle, it can be roughly divided into 3 different types.

    1. Liquid pressurized nozzles (single-fluid air nozzles) only use a pump to pressurize the liquid to the required pressure, that is called a liquid pressurized air nozzle. This type of air nozzle has a coarser average spray particle size and the smallest spray The minimum size is about 50μm

    2. Gas-assisted nozzles (two-fluid air nozzles) use high-pressure gas as power to assist the micro-atomization of liquids, that is called air-assisted nozzles, and the liquid supply methods of such nozzles can be divided into two types: pressure type and siphon type. Fine, the smallest can reach 10~20μm (Micron).

    3. The ultrasonic air nozzle is a titanium alloy ultrasonic generator installed at the nozzle tip of the air-assisted nozzle. When the atomized droplets hit the titanium alloy ultrasonic generator at high speed, sound waves are generated immediately, and the spray particle size Therefore, it will be more micro-atomized, and the average spray particle size can reach below 10μm (Micron).

    What is the spray angle?
